Efficient lighting, air conditioning and roofing can make a real difference on your monthly electric bill and your building's comfort. With financial incentives available to help pay for a portion of the cost, there's never been a better time to make your business more energy efficient.

The program is funded by TNMP and is offered at no cost to participants. TNMP Commercial Solutions Program provides technical and financial assistance, and public relations support for projects that improve energy efficiency of commercial facilities and result in peak kW reduction.

Earn $165/kW for lighting, HVAC, roofing and other renovation, new construction and maintenance projects that reduce peak electric demand.

1. Program Enrollment
• Download and sign the Letter of Intent (LOI) or LOI Addendum for existing participants.
• Mail or email the LOI or LOI Addendum to the address on the document.
2. Needs Assesment
• A program representative will contact you to help identify your needs.
3. Submit Project Applications
• Download and complete the Project Application Form
• Mail or email the Project Application Form to the address indicated on the form
